Cable & Wireless Confirm Pacific Century Shr Sale Talks Updated: Monday, February 19, 2001 05:43 AM ET - - 19/02/01 10-21G LONDON (Dow Jones)--U.K. telecommunications company Cable & Wireless PLC (CWP, news, msgs) said Monday that it is currently in talks with Pacific Century CyberWorks (PCW, news, msgs) regarding its remaining stake in the Hong Kong-based company. The talks follow the expiry of the lockup on half of C&W's shareholding, it said.
