Have you had your Soylent Green today?
No, but I am trying to learn how to sprout stuff for veggie smoothies, alfalfa, mung and adzuki beans, radish, etc. Maybe spirulina if I can learn more. Anyone on the thread doing this dismal health food schtick? I'm looking for URLs on what's good and how to go about sprouting it. [[Must be a seasonal thing, I'm ready for spring. :) ]]
