According to a previous post of yours, you didn't expect SludgePumper Silicon to arrive until June 2002.

So the second generation "Whistler" will be released shortly thereafter - already debugged on AMD hardware?

That's cutting it close.

Then - all we have to do is wait for 64 bit SludgePumper APPLICATIONS to appear.

Of course, in the mean time, SludgePumper will just replace the AthWiper in the 32 bit world.
