While it is true the values in the top 100 (mostly techs) are still too high by traditional methods of valuation, I would argue they are in fact greatly undervalued... ahhh.... sorry NASDAQ PE is still hovering above 70..and that is not the Nas 100 but the whole Nasdaq... Throughut the early 90's the avg was 15... you have some history to look over.
