Are you aware of any type of summary that has been prepared, that tracks the status of the various poster lawsuits? It would seem that the suits fall into several general categories:
A. suits where the poster prevailed on jurisdictional grounds, or was able to obtain a defacto victory by keeping their identity protected from disclosure.
B. suits that resulted in a general concession from the poster, ie a stipulation was reached that the poster would admit fault, retract their post, and enter into a liquidated damages provision, on subsequent breach of the stipulation.
C. suits where the summons was never served, or the company has delayed service.
D. suits where the poster has answered and perhaps counterclaimed.
Do you know of any lawschool professor or legal scholar that is attempting to keep track of all of this? Your board and Les French's are the best I have found to date, but I am curious if there is anything else on the net, or in print? Anyone?
