I don't think that it's unrealistic! :) That's the sad part of Value Line. Many stocks will have a "1" for timeliness and then state in the commentary that further price appreciation is not likely. If the writer feels the stock will not appreciate in value, then don't give it a "1" -- it completely destroys the premise and value of the publication.
