It was a pretty day here Rambi. We've been having lots of rain- but today at lunch, anyway, there was brilliant blue sky with clouds- and snow on our local mountains (or hills, depending on what you think a mountain is). A friend and I went to a local winery for lunch. They serve these roasted heads of garlic that are just the BEST- they roast the whole head and bring it to you, and you can spread the soft toasted garlic on your bread. SO good. And they make the best Tiramisu in the valley- so that's an extra bonus. Sometimes life is so sweet. And then sometimes it's so horrible it's sweet. Then there are those times in the middle when you are waiting for the sweet part.
