No it isnt and since archie has never owned anything except the 25,000 shares of SEVU,of which he sold and Rich Mcbride immediatly tried to cancel the transaction, and fired him for it, doesnt own a computer and has never posted a sinle message at any time in his life, And by listening to him,, he sounds like a niced older fellow, I doubt that he would be the target of anything for any reason. By the Way if he was the target, he would need an atty, The SEC simply files suit, they dont notify you that you are a target. as far as going to DC, the SEC headquarters is in DC, When I testified for the US Govt as their witness in Federal Court ( USA Vs SMBH )regarding manipulation of CNES, I was also flown to DC, put up in a hotel and gave my statements, then I testified in Los Angeles Federal Court, wher teh SEC filed suit. I also was not accompanied by an atty, nor did I need one. I think Archie is 100% safe
