There is a trick- and I don't know it- because I tried roasting a Costco size bag of garlic heads in numerous ways and it never turned out right. I even used stupid parchment paper. Maybe I should have used smart parchment paper. Maybe stupid parchment paper doesn't work right. So I'll just have to keep going to the winery for lunch, oh sigh. Life is tough. they make a knock out cheese terrine too. And they have the most awesome veggie platter- which Mr x loves. My kids really like the sampler platter- with fresh cheeses and veggies too. But it's more restful to go sans children. And today was a day of rest. Well that little bit of it was. I am off to Costco to buy dinner. My children tell me we are having suishi tonight. Since all I have to do is buy it, and take the lid off, I'm ok with that.
