Thats good to know I have a great deal of Respect for the SEC, I know I have enjoyed working with them very much in the past and they have some absolutely awesome Enforcement guys. I just hope the SEC can find some way to slow down the loss of Its best talent to the Private Sector, if they eliminated the NASD they could collect the fees and dues that are now collected by the NASD and have a much better regulatory budget to work from.
