Yes, I agree my attitude is parochial. I forgot there are Republicans in California. How do you put up with the people who run your state? I read somewhere that the state environmental agency will not go back and revise a requirement which mandates that 10% of the cars sold in California by 2003 would have to be zero-emission. Don't they know reliable efficient fuel cells are still 5 years away? So they're going to have to go with electric cars, which need to be charged every night. This may get difficult if they continue to have rolling blackouts. And I read somewhere else the environmentalists are preventing the state from purchasing power from Mexico.

I think Atlas will shrug soon if the socialists keep getting their way out there.
