According to a previous post of yours, you didn't expect SludgePumper Silicon to arrive until June 2002.

I am sure MSFT will get the first samples, as soon as they are ready.

Then - all we have to do is wait for 64 bit SludgePumper APPLICATIONS to appear.

They are already here, since the Hammer family can run all the existing 32bit programs. As far as x86-64 is concerned, the companies which Intel paid to develop Itanium apps will just recompile for x86-64 soon after Sledgehammer is released and Itanium program is cancelled.
