I am home with broccoli and I bought two heads of garlic and a baguette.
And I found this recipe on line which certainly SOUNDS very easy although they misspelled aluminum- :

4 Whole garlic bulbs
: 1 t Olive oil
: 2 ts Salt
:
: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine
: garlic, olive oil, salt,and pepper
: together on a sheet of aluminium
: foil. Fold the edges of
: the foil together to form a tent and
: roast until tender, for about 40
: minutes. It will keep 2-3 days with a
: little olive oil in the
: refrigerator. Squeeze the cloves out
: of the bulb and make a paste.
