Scumbria: Maybe we should let the Yahoo thread design microprocessors? What's that got to do with your MicronPC with DDR not being able to run Windows 2000 and not support more than 256 MB of memory. It sounds like you bought a very upgradable computer there. I will be taking 2 128 MB sticks of RDRAM out of two of my one year old 600MHz VC820 PIII systems to boost the total memory on my 1st P4 Windows 2000 system to 512 MB of RDRAM which by chance is a Gigabyte motherboard. john
