That is not true. In its last quarter earnings conference call, it said that it is still shipping the K6 to previously signed contract, although the volume is "relatively small". This was re-iterated on the GS conference (availble for reply online) just few days ago.

AMD is also shipping some Duron to NEC, my guess is that the volume is higher than the 0.1% of the overall mobile market.

Also if you base your market share guess by CPU shipped (not by sold in store), you would have to know what AMD is shipping to OEM's right now which I don't think you know much about.
