FTEC is trading at 3.82 X ttm diluted EPS and just over half of book value and 62% of net current assets.
A lot of A/R but 10k says many projects require a certificate of occupancy and even if the project is seized, they require the cooperation of ftec to get the c of o, so often they get paid when others can't.
