TTR's Anti-Piracy Solution Unveiled During Grammy Week

WHAT: DEBUT AND FIRST DEMONSTRATION OF ANTI PIRACY TECHNOLOGY
FOR CDs

WHERE: CENTURY PLAZA HOTEL
Senators Dining Room
2025 Avenue of the Stars
Los Angeles, CA 90067

WHO: Marc Tokayer, Chairman and CEO, TTR TECHNOLOGIES
Emanuel Kronitz, Chief Operating Officer, TTR TECHNOLOGIES

WHEN: 8 A.M. UNTIL 10 A.M. (PST)
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21ST

BACKGROUND: TTR Technologies (Nasdaq: TTRE) is a publicly held U.S.
company that has developed anti piracy technology for the
recording industry. Its main product, SafeAudio(TM),
inhibits illegal replication of CDs without affecting music
quality, and it doesn't require any changes in the recording
studio. The patented technology is embedded on the glass
master in CD production facilities. Simple modifications to
an encoder allow insertion of subtle distortions across CD
tracks that render pirated copies unusable.

Demonstrations of the sound differences between encoded and
non-encoded music will be done. Interviews of the
executives, TV cameras and photos will be allowed.

CONTACT: Jeff Cornett, Media Representative of Ink Incorporated, 816-665-8841, or 816-753-6222, for TTR Technologies.
