10:11 20-FEB-2001 PCCW (0008-HK) shares drop 4.3 pct Share price of PCCW plunged another 4.3 pct this morning despite Cable & Wireless giving an indication that it is willing to discuss about a longer share lock-up to allow orderly divesting of its PCCW shares.
