Although there is still a bit of worry on the NAZ/NDX, I am still noticing a bit of complacency in that some/many are expecting that the NAZ will move strongly once the bottom is set, and some even feel that the good stocks will take off similar to mania levels. Of course this level of optimism has narrowed and is now focused on the good stocks.

Not to say Im sure that will not occur, but what about the possibility that the the GOOD stocks just move according to historical patterns. Instead of 100%, maybe just 20-50%. Its too early to make a comment on statistics, but I would not be surprised that the oscillations in the NAZ diminish where the up-moves may not be as strong as many expect.
