PSOF - Prism Software Corp. Announces Appointment of New President/COO
LAKE FOREST, Calif., Feb 20, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Prism Software today
announced that its board of directors has appointed Barry R. Lathan president
and COO of the company effective Feb. 1, 2001.
Until recently and for a period of five years, Lathan was president and CEO of
Xerox ColorgrafX Systems Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corp. Under
Lathan's leadership, Xerox ColorgrafX Systems, the market leader in wide format
digital color printing solutions, achieved sales exceeding $100 million.
During his career, Lathan also held various senior management positions in Xerox
including general manager, western area vice president and national sales
manager.
Barry is a graduate of Ohio State University and the Stanford University
Executive Marketing Management Program. He resides with his wife in Laguna
Niguel, Calif.
