I'm an old customer, subscribing back when they weren't web-based, and continuing to the present.

I've had many troubles with the service of late. For a brief period, a couple of weeks ago, the servers were down frequently. They seem to have that problem resolved.

My quote feed for charts and tick by tick for some NADAQ issues is frequently dropped at the same time that level II and the flowing quotes are still working properly. That's really bothersome, and it's continued for some time. There are times that I focus on the chart from a distance, and those moments have actually cost me decent trades.

Of more concern, my communications with customer support have not been at all satisfactory. Is there another, competitive product that is as simple to access and use? Thanks for any suggestions.
