PKD long at 6.40 today, core holding with target of over 12, earnings picking up, company is concentrating on what they are known for--offshore drilling, at a price of 12 would reflect next's year future PE of around 20...100% gain from this level, institutional support picking up, but more importantly oil prices have stabilized enough for drilling to pick up, insider sales have been miniscule
