JFS, IT'S THE FOOD AND THE WATER STUPID!!!! But, as a liberal, you will probably want to assemble a task force to study the cause and effect of Montezuma's revenge, and have the FDA appoint several pharmaceutical companies to experiment with counteractive drugs. That should only cost the taxpayers a few billion dollars, and would be much more democratic than to tell tourists to watch what they eat, and drink. DUUUUUUUUUUUHH!! By all means, don't be practical. SPEND TAXPAYER'S MONEY!!! ~H~
