The issue at hand was a fetus 7 minutes before birth not blood clot or even an embryo.

Maybe you could take that up with Ashcroft, who wanted to amend the constitution to push the issue back the full 9 months, to the moment of conception. I would guess Ashcroft still would like to do that, despite certain sworn testimony, and I can't quite see you disagreeing with that, despite what, for the moment, you claim the 'issue at hand' is.
