Your point about options is noted but has nothing to do with the post from the Yahoo poster. The Yahoo poster's comments were clearly incorrect. I do agree the majority of options being issued currently are treated as you have indicated but not all options are.
Additionally,some option plans force the exercise of options upon leaving the company. Someone might want to see if this applies with the INSP option plans. However, to infer the ex INSP employees must sell 100% of their shares to pay the tax would also be an incorrect thought.
