Hi bd - as I ve indicated previously, I don't know what is on the Yahoo! poster's mind. The fact of the matter is, we may never know if and why the [former] insiders sold unless they give an explanation. My point is that people did what they did b/c of their circumstances. To make categorical implications probably a waste of time. However, I just want to point out selling b/c of tax implications is not out of the realm of possibilities, period. I am neither for nor against it, unless it ruins my investment <vbg>! best, Bosco
