Diana -- JDS is caught between a rock and a hard spot. If they take one of their best customers to court, what's to be gained? Wouldn't it be better to have NT improve its business model, gain strength in the market, and see their stock rebound? To proceed with a long legal battle would be about as smart as the early English who threw their debtors in prison --- or shipped them off to Australia. Pat
