Intel to cut "discretionary spending" by 30%. Capex is in that category, right? And if Intel now is going to cut back, then the hope fades that technology buys won't fall off the cliff like capacity buys have. They are the leader that many other semis will follow. We need to see whether the capex number at Intel is going to change.
