Will, But be kind on the economic stuff. The leaders who put that into place were from an earlier generation. WW2 gen lived within the confines of their system just as we do. We cant now expect them to turn down SS checks when they come. And the fact that government programs turned out to be disappointing is a worldwide phenomena which led to the the worldwide Reagan revolution. Conservatives now must put up or shut up. In the recent past they too havent done well. Political corruption needs to go. Humanistic conservatism is needed in government. I hate the compassionate label. The old liberals are no further away from being humanistic conservatives than the tom delays, dick armys and trent lotts of this world. Its a race to the honorable middle and the republicans may not get there first. They should listen to McCain. Mike
