Then we may have to sell some equity in the company...we are running out of cash to pay all of these highly qualified employees.

Maybe you can talk with the CFO about an options strategy that will make us some cash. Mr. Pitera may be able to sell calls against our stock to generate some cash...for sure we know that the stock price isn't going up.
