Diana: They were joined at the hip anyway... They are now joined at the hip, stomach, chest... If JDS did not foresee the market downturn, and they are certainly as "connected" as anyone, how can they blame NT for not "seeing" it? And if their JDS's DD did "see" the downturn, should I be talking to my lawyer too for them not guiding lower in their most recent CC? Good rule: Don't make the attorneys rich at foolish expense. When there is a real "war" to fight, then go all out, but until then, diplomacy and compromise, and all hands to the oars. Remember bandwidth requirements will double every 9 months... -Own
