Jeff: Thanx for publishing your most useful list of investment board and SLAPP lawsuits. I once did a plot and it seemed to me that there is a trend for the frequency of these lawsuits to increase during the summer months. Have you noticed this trend or any other trends associated with these kinds of lawsuits? For example, would you say that more SLAPP lawsuits are being filed or is there a downward trend as of late? -Mary
