John I know what you're saying. Also few random thoughts: In ideal world employees are working for shareholders and then it is in the interests of shareholders to reward employees and to take care of customers. Jerry's strategy is to go after market share. He is more flexible on pricing because of the lower margin requirements and the ideal for him is to take advantage of slowdown. He might welcome the price war. I am surprised to a degree that Jerry is not dropping prices yet. Regards -Albert
