gst, hate to let you in on the news... a succession of emergency rate cuts is not reason to party in the markets. it is reason to run for cover b/c he's doing it for a reason. lowering rates isn't a panacea - look at japan. they had negative rates for a while and it didn't do jack. perception has gone from greed to caution. fear is looming. and for very good reason. oh, and for those now interested - arba sucks. sure, it meant more when they $100, but they still suck.
