Yes, we were expecting that since last week (see my note of Feb.16):

It managed to close today above the 7 level in spite of the general market, which continues under pressure.

The thing to watch now is if it will be able to hold above the 6 1/2 support. It needs to close above the Jan.17 H at 9 1/4 before it could test the Nov.6 H at 10 7/16

At least BIOM has enough cash to complete THERATOPE's phase III without any further financing even if it has to wait for the second "early look" before asking the FDA for an expedite approval.<g>
