Hi Frank:

I don't disagree with your analysis, but the wireless CLECS are starving for capital like
all other CLECs. Hopefully, the economic arguments you advance will help them to raise
additional funding, but right now only XOXO is in decent shape, with WCII on the bubble,
ARTT on the operating table, and TGNT getting ready to receive the last rites.
