Mr. Edwin Molina reports
USA Video Interactive proposes to grant stock options in the total of
100,000 common shares to certain officers, employees and consultants of the
company. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $1.00 (U.S.)
($1.54 (Canadian)) per share for a term of up to two years from the date of
granting. The granting of the options is subject to regulatory acceptance.
