greenie going to do nothing. capex spending will not rejuvenate this market. it will be the consumer. it will take maybe into next year before things are sorted out. consumer spending will rejuice the market. telecom debt/junk debt will remain pressuring the tech space. they spent 150b+ on wireless licenses in europe... not including hardware... 3G.. er.. right... where's the demand and revenue recovery for that? 20+ year plan? hmm... long term.. LOL... too funny...

2/3 of the gdp depends on retail of some sort... given time, consumer wil come back...

over time, if greenie cuts again... he'll take them back maybe late 01 or early '02...

so much fun... better enjoy the volatility now while it lasts.. but cause in a few months.. it's gonna be so dry and limp... get your pillows ready!
