You raise an interesting point about whether the changes in share ownership by Acorn and Jain are options related or not. I've looked in my merger prospectus. It appears that Acorn's position was the result of excercisable warrants. Jain, on the other hand, as of the date of the prospectus, is reported to have beneficially own only 500,000 shares in the form of exercisable options and another 2 mil. shares in his wife's name. Can you provide any substantiation for your claim that the 10 mil.-13 mil. share ownership increase recently reported for Jain is options related? I can find no evidence for this.
