While 3G is going to be some flavor of CDMA, it appears to me that WCDMA is going to be the 'political' decision that is made. The implications for Q* are for a very diminished revenue stream for IPR, because WCDMA is, TTBOMK, a work-around created to avoid the Q* patents and royalties. Comments welcomed.
