RE: "I see you share the same slants as Scumbria. "

Actually, I didn't have any opinion on the topic, at that time.

I generally do not formulate an opinion without information or without well articulated logic.

When I read Scumbria's post on the matter, it contained well-articulated, clear logic that was difficult for me to ignore. His post made logical sense.

However, what was lacking in his post, was the actual credentials. He never worked inside the CIA, so how would he truly know or have the material to know. He didn't have access to 'CIA intelligence material' or facts that could back up his opinion.

However, the CIA Intelligence Analyst on Soviet Affairs, would have both the credentials and access to material facts. So, I found it very interesting that his opinion matched with Scumbria's logic.

Logic, information, and credentials, when combined together, are the basis for developing an opinion.

What would be your well-articulated, logical, counter debate to Scumbria's position on this topic?

Regards,
Amy J
