You provided that link: bloomberg.com where we can obtain Price/Yield for several maturities.

Usually I get the charts at stockcharts.com ( Here, $IRX is referenced as: Short Term Bonds Yields) value 49.09 (1/10th of a%)
and prices and charts on quote.com (symbol IRX.X). Here IRX.X is referenced as 13-week Treasury Bill Index, value 49.10.

Bloomberg has price: 4.89 yield:5.02%

As I am not familiar with the bills auctions and pricing, I always wondered which value to use as effective yield ("risk-free interest yield") unitil you linked me to Bloomberg.
After your question, I wonder if we are talking about the same animal. Appels to appels,....<g>
