SUNW is closing fast to a possible short term bottom

Lynch lowers near-term rating to NEUTRAL from
ACCUMULATE to reflect an acceleration in
non-economic trends that threaten Sun and raise the
likelihood that numbers may need to again be reduced.
Firm reducing FY01 view by 3 cents to $0.65 (mean
$0.66) and FY02 by 5 cents to $0.84 (mean $0.84).
