Hi Ray, I had a few cool charts of that NASD 4 standard deviations above it's 200 dma that I posted
on SI at the start of 2000.

It got up there in Dec of 1999 or very early 2000, as I recall. John Roque was the first one I remember
mentioned 4 standard deviations, but many of us knew it was monsterously high.
