Play Co. Toys & Entertainment Corp. Announces Its Subsidiary, Toys International, Signed Engagement Letter With German Investment Bank To Find Corporate Partner and to Raise Funds for the TX40 Media Company

(OTC Bulletin Board: PLCO - news; ``Play Co. Toys'' or the ``Company'' for Play Co. Toys and subsidiaries collectively) announced today that its majority owned Toys International.COM, Inc. (``Toys International'') subsidiary is has signed an engagement letter with Concord Effekten AG, a Frankfurt, Germany-based investment banking firm to bring on one or more partners for the TX40 media project.

We had a prior positive experience with Concord when they served as lead underwriter on our public offering in Frankfurt in 1999.
