Hi Bosco, I'm way more bull than bear so I am looking for reasons to get back in. I just can't believe the series of events and how Roth has come down so fast. I'm not overly concerned with the legal issues, but more of the mind "where there's smoke, there's fire". To me price is more a function of credibility, which has been destroyed, than legal issues. Ironically, Roth had more credibility than maybe anyone including CSCO. Too many coincidences. How do you lose $2 billion in projections in 3 weeks, etc. CTO leaves before 10 point drop. It all has been handled as if they knew or should have known this would tank and stretched out everything until the JDSU deal finalized.
