well, they have become less certain of the story, but are still sticking to it by and large. nobody seems to view the downturn as threatening...the universal belief in the Greenboink put survives on all levels.
it is however a fallacy...if central economic planning worked, the Soviet Union would still be with us, and we'd all strive to emulate its system....
