What's the real disease then? My thoughts were that we are experiencing a liquidity problem and high cost of capital, which crippled the service providers. Now it seems there may be a problem with impending inflation. So the first two problems can be solved by the fed easing rates. The potential inflation problem cripples his ability to solve the first two problems. So what's your take on this? Any other problems that we should be concerned about? Also, when do you think the economy will pull out of this morass? TIA!
