not if the improvements are being sold to "us" at a loss on the back of debt that can't be serviced.....

ultimately then...there is no improvement... in two ways....

first.... in the destruction of assets as their precarious debt is written away

second.... when "we" the beneficiaries will both pay more to support what's left and receive less on a qualitative basis....

think about it.

but not too long.
