NEW YORK, Feb 20 (Reuters) - The following are debt issues
sold by Bank of America Corp. <BAC.N> to ordinary, retail
investors, through a program operated by Chicago-based
Incapital LLC.
The issues are known as "InterNotes," and each is priced at
100. They are sold in minimum denominations and increments of
$1,000.
Credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service rates Bank
of America's senior debt "Aa2," its third highest investment
grade, and its subordinated debt "Aa3," roughly one notch
lower.
Another agency, Standard & Poor's, rates the senior debt
"A-plus" and the subordinated debt "A," each roughly two
notches lower than Moody's ratings.
